Yes! We provide full meet-and-greet airport transfers at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO), Arusha Airport (ARK), Julius Nyerere International Airport (DAR), and Abeid Amani Karume International Airport (ZNZ). Our driver will be waiting in the arrival hall holding a personalized name board.

We accept major international credit cards (Visa and MasterCard), secure bank wire transfers, and cash payments upon arrival in US Dollars (notes printed from 2009 onwards), Euros, British Pounds, or Tanzanian Shillings.

A 30% deposit is standard to secure national park permits, exclusive lodge/camp room allocations, and private 4x4 vehicle reservation. The remaining balance can be settled 30 days prior to your arrival or paid in cash/card when briefing at our Arusha office.

Our operational head office is located at Sakina-Kiure building 16038 in Arusha, Tanzania. We welcome all clients to drop by for a cup of fresh Tanzanian coffee and an in-person pre-safari briefing with your expedition director.
